How it works
Step 1. Place your order above.
Step 2. We will continue to raise your beef until it is ready, if 1 is ready, we will contact the butcher for a lead time.
Step 3. Lead times vary throughout the year, but typically it takes 2 weeks after initial drop-off for processing.
Step 4. After you have been contacted, you have 7 days to pick up your order from contact until a $5 dollar a day fee initiates. Make sure you have a space in your vehicle to transport it.
Freezer Space: This Quarter Beef will require approx. 3.5 - 4 cubic ft. of freezer space, equivalent to 1 Small Chest Freezer or adequate space.
We are not liable of meat after you have picked it up in-store, so please make sure you have freezer space available.
This includes: A various number upwards to 100lbs in weight of grass-fed & feed-finished beef.

- 3 Ribeye Steaks
- 3 Fillet Mignon Steaks
- 3 Sirloin Steaks
- 2 Patio Steaks
- 1 Sirloin Tip Steak
- 1 Skirt Steak
- 2 Chuck Roasts
- 2 Rump Roasts
- 4 Round Roasts
- 50 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (85% lean).
If you'd like the organ meat, please specify in your order notes.
—We can only offer: Heart, Tongue, Liver, and Oxtail.
—Soup Bones are also available.
*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.
Packaging: All cuts are sealed and labeled in either plastic vacuum or classic plastic and paper duo.
Some steaks are 2 to a pack, (16 NY Strip Steaks are 8 packages).
