How it works
 
Step 1. Place your order above.
 
Step 2. Lead times vary, please give us 2 weeks to make sure we can fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as it has been filled. 
 
Step 3. After you have been contacted, you have 7 days to pick up your order from contact until a $5 dollar a day fee initiates. 
 
Freezer Space: This 16th Beef will require approx. 1.5 - 2.0 cubic ft of freezer space. This is a typical kitchen freezer, likely taking up less than half the space. 
We are not liable of meat after you have picked it up in-store, so please make sure you have freezer space available.
 
This box includes: A various number upwards to 25lbs in weight of grass-fed & feed-finished beef.

1 Ribeye Steaks(2)
1 Fillet Mignon Steaks(2)
1 Sirloin Steak
1 Chuck Roast
15 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (85% lean).
 
*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.
 
Packaging: All cuts are sealed and labeled in either plastic vacuum or classic plastic and paper duo.
Some steaks are 2 to a pack, (1 NY Strip Steaks = 2 per package).
