How it works
Step 1. Place your order above.
Step 2. We will continue to raise your beef until it is ready, if 1 is ready, we will contact the butcher for a lead time.
Step 3. Lead times vary throughout the year, but typically it takes 2 weeks after initial drop-off for processing.
Step 4. After you have been contacted, you have 7 days to pick up your order from contact until a $5 dollar a day fee initiates until pickup
Freezer Space: This 1/8th Beef will require approx. 1.5 - 2.0 cubic ft. of freezer space. This is an average space for a kitchen freezer. it would likely take 2/3rd of the space.
We are not liable of meat after you have picked it up in-store, so please make sure you have freezer space available.
This includes: A various number upwards to 50lbs in weight of grass-fed & feed-finished beef.
- 2 New York Strip Steaks
- 2 Ribeye Steaks
- 2 Fillet Mignon Steaks
- 1 Sirloin Steak
- 1 Patio Steak
- 1 Sirloin Tip Steak
- 1 Chuck Roast
- 1 Rump Roast
- 2 Round Roasts
- 25 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (85% lean).
*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.
Packaging: All cuts are sealed and labeled in either plastic vaccum or classic plastic and paper duo.
Some steaks are 2 to a pack, (2 NY Strip Steaks is 1 package).
